PIZZA Website
When designing a responsive website for a local pizza restaurant in Figma, I focused on creating a typographic system that would visually communicate warmth, flavor, and authenticity. I asked myself: What typeface captures the ooey-gooey essence of a perfect slice of pizza?
For the primary display font, I chose Sigmar. Its bold, blocky structure and subtly uneven edges evoke the rustic charm of hand-tossed crusts and bubbling cheese. This typeface immediately sets a casual, friendly tone—ideal for a neighborhood pizzeria that wants to feel welcoming and fun.
To balance the boldness of Sigmar, I paired it with Market Fresh, a soft sans-serif with rounded terminals and tight spacing. Its gentle, melty appearance complements Sigmar while supporting readability across devices, from mobile to desktop. The combination creates a warm, appetizing visual identity that aligns with the tactile, flavorful experience of pizza itself.
Together, these fonts establish a brand voice that is both flavorful and functional—just like the perfect slice.

Love the typography and the interactive prototype you made for viewer like myself! Great job mate! If I have to give any suggestion it would be more negative/white space on the design. But typography wise, indeed great work!
