One area for improvement in your submission is demonstrating what happens after users click "Send Reset Code." Do they have to copy and paste the code from the email? Once they do, what happens next? Are users asked to change their password? How does the resetting process work?

Furthermore, it's worth noting that the copy on the "Reset Password?" screen could also be improved to be easier to read and grammatically correct. Currently, the sentence doesn't read natively, which may affect user comprehension.

I believe that by demonstrating these further steps, you can improve the work and add more clarity. Additionally, your submission could benefit from some explanation of your design rationale and why you believe your solution is the best.
