Flipkart Checkout Case Study
I designed a checkout flow for an e-commerce site called Flipkart. Throughout my project I researched various reasons why customers abandon their carts during their checkout. In the case study I explain in detail about my solution to the problem and I created Low Fidelity to High Fidelity wireframes for Flipkart's checkout.

Thank you for your work! You did a great job implementing research and systematically creating wireframes to optimize both guest and customer checkout processes.
The flow seems quite intuitive. At the delivery step, it would make more sense to first enter the country and then offer the other inputs, as the country often dictates certain formatting requirements.
Visually, there are several discrepancies that make the pages appear somewhat chaotic. Some fonts and element sizes are very small and might be difficult to read. The use of containers for elements at each step minimizes space and makes the elements look cramped. Additionally, some misshapen elements suggest a lack of consistency and attention to the visual aspects, which could influence users' opinions and their choice of an online shop.
The final designs look a bit outdated with all the unnecessary shadows and frames. This might just be my perception, but it could potentially put people off.
