This case study showcases a real-world project I worked on for my full-time employer, a company that develops a suite of Property Management software solutions designed to help Property Management Companies (PMCs) manage their operations efficiently.

As the Lead UX Designer on the team responsible for the mobile suite, I led the design process to enhance the user experience of the mobile tools, ensuring they meet both business goals and user needs.

Problem

The initial release of the Activity Feed received negative feedback and low engagement from users.

It was either being overlooked or underutilized, indicating that the feature failed to meet user needs and expectations.

Solution

Redesign the Activity Feed to directly address user pain points, enhancing its usability and delivering more relevant, actionable insights.

The goal is to provide a more engaging experience that adds tangible value for users of our mobile platform.
