This project is particularly interesting to me because, in my day job, I specialize in implementing gamification systems, and I also have a hobby project I’ve been working on for the past few months with similar features to what you’ve designed here.

First off, the project doesn’t fully meet the requirements of the brief, so despite the hard work you’ve clearly put in, I can’t give it a fair evaluation. That said, I still want to offer some tips that could help elevate your design:

• The design needs to include signup/login forms as specified in the requirements.

• Gamification is often misunderstood—it’s not just about game design or making things fun. It’s a much deeper field involving behavioral psychology and science. I’d highly recommend checking out Uxcel’s course on this topic to dive deeper.

• Since your design deals with people’s money, it’s crucial to align with users’ mental models to build trust. If users don’t immediately understand how something works, it can create uncertainty, and uncertainty often leads to fear. A key step in building confidence is ensuring your interface feels familiar and functions similarly to existing tools in the space.

• On first glance, your side menu may not be immediately recognized as navigation, and some buttons may not be clearly identifiable as clickable. Making these elements more intuitive will improve usability.

You’re on the right track—you’ve got a solid grasp of some fundamental principles, and now the next step is refining your design to align more with industry standards.
