Well done on the project.

I think you did a good job here to apply 10 Heuristic Analysis on Totara however, it's still too much text and the result is all over the place. And the present needs more detail.

First, when pointing out the issue at the top right corner of the screen, the mockup you're showing are nice but that top right was hidden then how audience knows what is happening here. When judging something, it's better to point out the accurate why it's small and based on which principle. For instance, icon size is smaller than 16px that renders the low legibility etc. Small/Big/Large is just subjective words which will make our judgement seem subjective as well.

Also the issues are lying on the UI so maybe increasing screenshot and somehow highlight the problems will be better for readers.

Probably the slide is very professional but could improve on the storytelling or way to present problem-solution in a better way.
