The Challenge
Connecting independent artists with Spotify’s playlist curators through PlaylistMap.
PlaylistMap is a platform in beta that empowers independent artists to pitch their music to Spotify’s playlist curators. Despite having the largest database of over 15,000 playlist curators' contact information, the current website doesn't fully showcase the platform's potential, leading to low account creation rates by visitors.
Our high-level goals were to:
- Showcase the full potential and value proposition of PlaylistMap.
- Increase user engagement and account creation rates.
- Elevate the user experience to meet industry standards.
- Align the design with business goals to maximize user satisfaction.
