JaneDo - Clothing Catalog
As a beginner in UI/UX design, creating this clothing catalog page was a learning experience focused on visual appeal and user-friendly layout. I started by researching existing clothing websites to understand common patterns in catalog design, like grid-based layouts, clear product images, and consistent typography. I sketched a rough wireframe to organize elements such as the product cards, prices, titles, and filters. Then, I used a design tool (like Figma or Adobe XD) to bring the concept to life, experimenting with colors, spacing, and fonts to keep the design clean and modern. I paid close attention to alignment, balance, and how users would navigate the page. Through trial and error, I refined the design to make sure it showcased the clothing items clearly while keeping the overall interface simple and aesthetically pleasing.

Great work, Shivani! The website looks clean and easy to use. Here are a few areas you could consider improving:
- Explore more categories, filtering, and sorting options. For example, can users view tops regardless of gender? Is there an option to clear all filters at once, rather than removing them one by one?
- Reconsider whether pagination is the best choice for an e-commerce experience. Imagine having 1,000 pages—users would need to click "Next" each time. Perhaps infinite scrolling could provide a smoother experience.
- Some components, such as the search and input fields, appear disabled due to the gray fill. This might be confusing for users and worth revisiting.
Great work!
