considered to choose the pattern first, like z-pattern or f-pattern form so you can stick with it and not create with combine these 2 pattern ^^

Perhaps the empty areas didn't need to be so big and empty? If they are going to be available before having any text in them then maybe add some hint text and reduce the very long line of label?
