Dashboard Design for Health Platform 1

Dashboard Design for Health Platform 2

I have designed a simple, clean and structured dashboard tailored for customer service staff. The landing page provides a clear snapshot of key metrics, including:

  • Total number of patients (inpatient and outpatient)
  • Available beds
  • Appointments
  • Total number of visitors (recurring, new or unique)
  • Pending payment
  • Satisfaction rates

The layout ensures readability and allows staff to quickly grasp essential information at a glance.

To enhanced the functionality and further support customer service operations, I have included functionality that allows staff to:

  • Navigate seamlessly between inpatient and outpatient sections
  • View patients’ upcoming appointments
  • Track patient progress and monitor well-being (blood glucose, heart rate, blood pleasure, BMI, etc)

This structured yet flexible design equips staff with the tools needed to efficiently manage patient information while reducing cognitive overload.

Great job on the dashboard design! The clean layout makes it easy for staff to access key information. To enhance accessibility, consider increasing the contrast for better readability across devices. Keep up the great work!

Very clear, having worked with others in a related industry the only thing I'd mention is that very common feedback I heard was accessibility in contrasting colours was often a necessity. Sometimes some really glaring Blue/Yellow interfaces because they had to be usable by people with all sorts of eyesight problems in varying degrees of light and on very low resolution screens. Also the resolution of the touch areas might be a problem on the lists. Otherwise great.

very detail oriented!
