It's a beautifully and thoroughly designed case study for a coffee ordering app. You guide readers logically, and I admire the research you've done.
However, I have one concern: How significant is the problem that users would prefer a separate app for coffee delivery instead of using generic food delivery apps? How many people order just coffee? Ordering food and coffee together is often more convenient.
It would be interesting to explore this issue further in your research. Nonetheless, the work looks great, and the app is well-designed. I'm just concerned that the app might be developed without a real need from users.
