The measurement plan is realistic and useful. I like the metrics you chose and how you explained how to work with them.
Here are a few points to consider:
- I’d add metrics to see how much time users actually spend during a workout, like Completion Rate or Time on Task. It’s important to track this right after the first workout to see if the content is engaging enough.
- Add onboarding drop-off. It might be useful to see where exactly users leave before reaching their first workout. High friction during setup can kill your Activation Rate.
- Think about the placement of the subscription phase. Sometimes a subscription is the reason why users return to the app and stay committed, rather than just a result of a 30-day habit.
- I’d also include progress tracking (like goals or personal achievements). For fitness users, seeing tangible progress is often a better motivator than just seeing weekly activity.
Great job, keep creating!
Thank you, Anastasiia!
