Hey Brendon,
I really like your line “It’s not trying to turn you into someone else… just helping you stay consistent with who you said you wanted to be.” That’s a strong message and it gives the product a clear and relatable direction.
When it comes to the UI, I think there’s still room to grow. Right now the overall feel is closer to a wireframe than a finished design. You could try moving away from the heavy, saturated greys and explore something lighter and more neutral to give it a more polished look.
It would also be worth revisiting your hierarchy. Take a step back and check if all the type sizes and elements make sense in relation to each other. At the moment, some parts don’t feel clearly prioritized.
From a usability perspective, the Sleep history graph doesn’t communicate much right now. As a user, it’s hard to read or get any meaningful insight from it, so that’s definitely an area to rethink.
I’d suggest starting with a moodboard and doing a bit of competitor research. Try a few similar apps, see what works well, what people respond to, and where the gaps are. That can help you push this further in a more refined direction.
