HealthFlow: Designing a Simple and Insightful Wellness Dashboard
This project focuses on designing a health and wellness dashboard that simplifies how users track and understand their daily well-being. Dashboards are meant to present key data in a clear and visual way, helping users make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed .
Through user research, I identified that individuals primarily care about essential health metrics such as activity, sleep, heart rate, and hydration. Instead of displaying excessive data, the design prioritizes clarity, visual hierarchy, and actionable insights.
The dashboard is designed with a mobile-first approach, ensuring quick access to important information throughout the day, supported by a desktop version for deeper analysis. Key features include:
- At-a-glance daily overview with progress indicators
- Simplified metric cards for quick scanning
- Weekly trends to track progress over time
- Personalized insights that guide user behavior
The visual design uses a clean layout, soft color palette, and intuitive data visualization to create a calm and engaging experience. By reducing cognitive overload and focusing on meaningful data, this dashboard aims to make health tracking effortless, motivating, and user-friendly, aligning with best practices of simplifying complex data into accessible insights

This is really nice, clean design. Good job with the information hierarchy as well.
I personally would have preferred to see more of the process (research, ideation, design rationale) but otherwise this is a nice polished deliverable.
