It's a good basis for planning an ideation process. However, I find it a bit ambitious in terms of time, and depending on the team's needs, it could be divided into two days.
I would consider adding the number of people that can participate and some more time for some activities, especially what has to do with reviewing prepared material such as competitor analysis and user information (which would go for the user personas task).
It would be interesting to see how is the workshop design in terms of the materials they would use, if it is a figjam or miro, how are those boards, or if it is a physical space, how is the layout of things.
