Hi Tannaz! Great work on the website!

1. Information Architecture. The landing page feels too information-heavy, and the structure of the sections is difficult to follow. Consider clarifying the key user journey by answering questions like:

  • What is the most important action users should take on this page?
  • What do you, as a business, want users to do first?
  • Are users already familiar with the website and the product?
  • Usability testing is the best way to gain insights and validate these assumptions.

2. Accessibility. The use of light blue colours, gradients, and semi-transparent elements over text reduces readability. Improving contrast and clarity will help users access the content more easily.

3. UX Writing & Typography. There’s inconsistency in typographical styles across similar sections. Too many fonts are used overall—reducing the number of typefaces will improve visual consistency and readability.

4. Design System. Components are not consistently styled. For example, buttons and tags vary—some have fully rounded corners while others do not. Standardising these will strengthen your design system.

5. Brand Style. The overall styling lacks cohesion. Icon styles vary (flat vs. 3D, monochrome vs. colourful), and visual elements are inconsistently paired with images. A unified visual direction will help reinforce your brand identity.

With a few simple adjustments, you can significantly improve the usability and visual styling of your website. If tracking systems are in place for collecting quantitative data, you can also analyse user behavior to make even more targeted improvements.

Good luck!

Yuliia
