In this project, I undertook the challenge of creating detailed user personas for a social media platform experiencing a decline in user engagement. The aim was to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of different user segments to inform design improvements and enhance user experience.

To conduct user research and build comprehensive user personas that represent the primary segments of the social media app’s user base. These personas would help identify key areas for improving user engagement and satisfaction.

Based on some research, I developed three primary user personas:
