Through Julia's story, we tell how we developed four initiatives to optimize the flight purchase experience. Each improvement and new feature included a design process designed to make the users' voices visible.

Interviews, surveys, desk research, and metrics analysis are some of the techniques we used to achieve this goal. This is how Despegar's UX kitchen works and how it innovates traveling in Latin America.
