Push Notification Design for Fashion E-Commerce Platform 1

Notifications are designed to grab attention quickly with concise, action-oriented languages — I have selected to do on Fashion E-Commerce.

Tone: Adopt a friendly and approachable tone in all push notifications. Each message uses casual, conversational language to create a positive and engaging user experience.

Brand Voice Alignment: Maintain a brand voice that reflects a modern, vibrant, and fashion-forward e-commerce platform. Strive for clarity, professionalism, and a tone that resonates with style-conscious users.

Personalisation: Craft notifications tailored to individual user behaviour to ensure relevance and foster a stronger connection. Each notification serves a distinct purpose, addressing key scenarios such as: New arrivals, Order updates, Exclusive events, Cart reminders, Festive & fun, Reward & loyalty programme, Flash sales and Customer Engagement

Use of Emojis: Emojis are thoughtfully incorporated in titles to enhance visual appeal and evoke emotions effectively. They add personality to the messages without overwhelming the content.

The push notifications are not just tools for driving traffic — they are touch points for building a deeper connection with users. Each notification balances aesthetics, functionality, and the psychology of engagement to create a delightful user experience.

Great job! Your notifications are stylish, engaging, and user-friendly. Love the personal touch and fun use of emojis. Perfect for building strong connections.

“Babe, Wake Up! New Notifications Just Dropped 🔥”

I think the tone, brand voice, and personalization are spot on 💯 I have a quick question: Did you establish a specific pattern for this copy? For example:

• Is the notification title always accompanied by an emoji?

• Should the emoji be placed first in the title if it’s notifying about X message?

• Should the emoji be placed last in the title if it’s notifying about Y message?

One thing to keep in mind is the banner size. I haven’t checked this in a while, but I don’t believe the height changes when the text exceeds two lines 🤔 The banner size remains universally the same; only the text will be truncated.
