Well done Marina, your checkout process is accessible and easy to understand.

Pros:

• Every input field is labeled, clearly visible, and legible.
• Back arrow gives user control over the process.
• Success states that give clarity to the user.
• The explanations at the left are clear.
• Language is easy to understand.
• Color contrast ratios are good.

To think about:

• The steps at the top are a nice addition but you haven't created any differentiation to let the user know where they are in the process.
• The corner radius for input fields are slightly rounded at the top but flat at the bottom and that throws me off a little bit.
• Would love to see how it would look in a mobile device.
• The pay button, in my opinion, should be as large as the input fields for consistency.

Although this project was about a signup form and not a checkout process, you've done well accessibility wise.
