Crave Corner - Bakery App Design

Project Overview

Crave Corner is a bakery ordering app designed to help users easily discover and order freshly baked products. The goal is to create a fast, intuitive, and visually engaging experience that reduces friction and increases conversions.

Problem Statment

Many bakery apps struggle with complex flows and poor product presentation, which creates friction for users. The challenge here was to design an onboarding and login experience that feels effortless and motivates users to start ordering immediately.

Visual Design Decisions

The color palette uses warm tones, inspired by bakery products(brownies, breads and cakes) to feel comfort and appetite.

• Beige keeps the interface clean and calm.
• Cream adds warmth and a homemade feel.
• Chocolate Brown brings richness and a premium touch.

Together, they create a cozy, indulgent experience that highlights product visuals.

The content is kept minimal and focused, each screen delivers one clear message with short, scannable text and strong visuals, reducing cognitive load and making the experience feel effortless.

Onboarding Experience

The onboarding flow was intentionally kept short, with only a few high impact screens. The goal was to quickly communicate value and guide users toward taking action without unnecessary steps.

Authentication Flow

The authentication flow is designed to be simple and quick, with minimal input required. Clear navigation between Login and Sign up ensures users don’t feel confused or stuck.

Conclusion

Crave Corner transforms bakery ordering into a smooth, visually delightful experience built around how users actually behave fast, emotional, and choiced driven. By reducing friction and focusing on clear messaging, strong visuals, and intuitive flows, the design makes it effortless for users to move from craving to checkout.
