Content Audit for PT Pelni Website

The travel platform we choose is PT Pelni and the device type that is our focus is desktop. The goals and metrics in this content audit include several aspects:

  • Improve user experience (UX) by ensuring content is clear, easy to find, and relevant.
  • Increase brand awareness and trust by using a consistent brand voice.
  • Enhance website traffic and conversion rates (bookings) by making information readily available.
  • User feedback - Reviews, surveys, and customer support inquiries.

The audited content follows the following criteria:

  • Readability: All text can be read clearly and avoid sentences that are too long and complicated.
  • Relevance: Update content about the latest promotions, ship schedule information, and fleet news.
  • Findability: Ensure important information (tickets, schedule) is easily accessible. Use clear navigation and internal links.
  • Brand voice: Maintain a friendly, informative, and trustworthy tone throughout the website.
