The travel platform we choose is PT Pelni and the device type that is our focus is desktop. The goals and metrics in this content audit include several aspects:
- Improve user experience (UX) by ensuring content is clear, easy to find, and relevant.
- Increase brand awareness and trust by using a consistent brand voice.
- Enhance website traffic and conversion rates (bookings) by making information readily available.
- User feedback - Reviews, surveys, and customer support inquiries.
The audited content follows the following criteria:
- Readability: All text can be read clearly and avoid sentences that are too long and complicated.
- Relevance: Update content about the latest promotions, ship schedule information, and fleet news.
- Findability: Ensure important information (tickets, schedule) is easily accessible. Use clear navigation and internal links.
