The customer journey map is great! It effectively addresses the specific problems that users at a coworking space are facing. I appreciated the thoroughness of the research and the insights and recommendations that were formulated based on the CJM. One thing to consider: in the "booking the space" step, the specific emotions that users may feel could be "worry" or "concern", which addresses the pain points mentioned in the user persona's profile. These pain points include users getting upset when they can't book a spot or when someone occupies the meeting room for longer than they booked it for.

The persona of this customer journey map is very well-define and I understood perfectly the pain points and goals of "John Doe". All the steps in the matched to needs of "John" and those were also the steps I'd map out. All the recommendations were fitting and described well enough to open conversations about the solution. Nice job on this! The layout and information was very straightforward and this will be an excellent deliverable for the project in real life.

You have valuable information in your project. However, I'd like to make a few recommendations. Bear in mind that you are always telling a story with every element you decide to use. Colors matter. Consider accessibility as well.

Next, do think about reviewing your wording. How could you better tell the story of this user who is having issues booking meeting rooms and securing his space?

The research you have is interesting, but if it's difficult to read the information, people might not go over what you are presenting.
