I especially like you take on the final project and the findings you mentioned. After all, design is always a process ☺️

My only suggestion: I'd encourage you to minimize the text input and showing more with the visuals. Not every time the process must have all the steps diligently written and it's much easier to process information with the visuals!

Great job on the case study! You provided a thorough explanation of all the steps and articulated your points very well. However, I feel that the research could be more in-depth. I didn't quite understand the need for creating 2 personas if their goals and frustrations are the same. Additionally, I think the findings are too broad and lack deep insight into users' needs. Instead of wanting to schedule meetings more effectively without overlap, in reality, users want to feel accomplished, be rewarded for doing a good job, be liked, and finish their work efficiently to have more time for friends and family. The core problem needs a closer look. While the designs seem fine, they don't demonstrate how they solve the issues discussed in the research section. I hope you'll consider my feedback for your future projects. Thank you for sharing!
