This site has a lot of information in it, especially the landing page! While hovering over some of the sections the background goes yellow and the text goes white which makes them harder to read and the constant flipping of the colours on the background is a bit intense. I think you might be able to hide a bit of this information away in following pages to encourage some more focus on the areas that the website is trying to drive traffic rather than overloading the user on the front page.
