auto part UI /UX case study
A Journey to Design a Parts Application
As I began my research, I found that only a limited number of spare parts applications! From there, the journey began, from discovering the problem to designing a complete experience.
My steps were:
- Interviews with users and merchants
- to understand their needs and know the challenges they face.
- User persona, user journey map, empathy map:
- To understand the user well and build the design based on their needs.
- Defining the problem and generating ideas:
- I used the HMW (How Might We?) method to develop ideas that serve the design.
- Wireframes, design system, and final design
- Here we reached the step of turning the research into practical steps and creating an attractive and smooth design.
It was a great experience.
