A Journey to Design a Parts Application

As I began my research, I found that only a limited number of spare parts applications! From there, the journey began, from discovering the problem to designing a complete experience.

My steps were:

  • Interviews with users and merchants
  • to understand their needs and know the challenges they face.
  • User persona, user journey map, empathy map:
  • To understand the user well and build the design based on their needs.
  • Defining the problem and generating ideas:
  • I used the HMW (How Might We?) method to develop ideas that serve the design.
  • Wireframes, design system, and final design
  • Here we reached the step of turning the research into practical steps and creating an attractive and smooth design.

It was a great experience.
