Great job, Riona. I like how you detailed each step.
I just feel the time for some steps is a little tight, for example, in sharing and giving feedback. All teams will have 20 minutes to present, receive feedback, answer questions, so I would add a buffer time there. Depending on the number of participants, it may overlap part of the lunchtime.
Besides that, it seems ready to come true.
