Hello Maria! This is very detailed and thought-through plan for the workshop.

I suggest considering a simpler and more fun ice-breaking activity. Mapping out a user journey may be too complex for the first 30 minutes of the workshop.

Another activity that could take longer than 40 minutes is the Features detailing and wireframing. For stakeholders who aren’t designers, this might be challenging to complete quickly. Instead, I recommend using the 'Eight Frogs' exercise, which encourages everyone to contribute multiple ideas creatively
