Hi Shea’! Your workshop plan is detailed and well-thought-out, with valuable activities and thoughtfully placed breaks. However, my main concern is that some activities might be too short for a group of 8-10 participants. For example, journey mapping could take significantly longer, whether done individually or in groups—it’s unlikely to be completed effectively in just 15 minutes. Generally, activities involving 10 people tend to require more time, so it’s important to build flexibility into your plan and be prepared to skip certain activities if needed.

Great job overall!

Yuliia
