The empty state page is functional since it informs users and encourages them to be more proactive, thanks to the call to action button.

Good work, the color palet chosen, and the illustrations fit well with the contest. Also CTA also really incite to action.
However, i think there's room for improvement, especially the text of the empty state, since it's a course to be bookmarked, the term "Ooops" doesn't seem right to me, i'd suggest you remove it, or choose a much more engaging text.
It would also have been great to go further in the illustration and explore the story side.
