In this project, I aimed to redesign LinkedIn's icons to enhance user experience while maintaining brand identity.

My approach focuses on creating visually appealing and functional icons for the navigation bar and reactions.

I loved working on this project, even though it was challenging to incorporate a fun Halloween design into such a serious platform like LinkedIn.

I'm excited to see the reactions to my work! All the details of my design process, challenges, and final outcomes are outlined in the following (Figma) slides.

Hi Antonie. This is good work.

Seasonal reinterpretations of established brands require restraint, and that’s what matters most here. If the icons remain immediately recognizable while introducing Halloween personality, that shows strong brand sensitivity.

What makes this kind of project compelling is balance playful but not disruptive. LinkedIn’s ecosystem relies on clarity and familiarity, so any thematic shift must preserve usability.

To elevate it further, I’d show real in-context application within the UI. Seeing density, hover states, and micro-interactions would strengthen the case from concept to implementation.
