Hey Salman, maybe you can provide a little bit of context or the current UI of subway for reference? That will make it easier for me and others to review :)

For now, at first glance, few little things:

  1. In order summary page, you normally want to reduce as many friction as possible as that's the last step your user would do before swiping their card. So remove the header on the top, remove the Subway banner, maybe allow users to search for address and automatically populate the information rather than manual inputs?
  2. On the right, you can show image beside the name of the items to help the user to make sure they are ordering the right thing.
  3. Think from business perspective, this is the last chance you can increase your revenue, what other features you can add to increase the chance that the user would buy more stuffs?

Good luck!

Hi Ben, Thank you so much for those valuable feedback. So currently Subway opened their franchise in Switzerland and other subway portals have country/culture variation considering the core branding guideline. 1. Though we are also considering guest user otherwise address and other information can be auto populated from signed-in user. 2. Totally agree with you and will work on that. 3. We have an upsell journey that shown in a popup modal but your point is also quite valid and will look into it as well. Thanks again, Ben!
