Marketing Landing Page

I created a dedicated landing page for the project, crafted to promote the product’s key features and effectively guide users toward the dashboard for sign-up. The page was tailored to highlight Lancy’s value proposition, ensuring an engaging user experience that drives conversions and encourages immediate action from potential customers.

Establishing the variables system and UI kit

I started my work by reviewing more than 20 reputable design systems. The goal was to create an initial and efficient version of the UI kit for the project. This version includes basic components and, at the variable level, meets the project’s needs. These are designed in a way that allows us to continually expand and add more components as the project requires. Throughout this process, I worked to stay on the same page with the development team to establish a strong common language between design and development, ensuring the handoff process goes smoothly. This part of the project is constantly improving, expanding, and maturing based on ongoing needs assessment.

Seller Dashboard

The project began with developing an MVP to ensure that sellers could effortlessly set up payment pages and sell digital products without unnecessary complexities. The primary challenge was aligning stakeholder needs with the product’s unique features, which initially made the design process demanding. To tackle this, I conducted extensive competitor research and benchmarking to identify best practices. Through multiple discussions with stakeholders, I gained a deeper understanding of their needs and focused on creating a dashboard with the simplest and most effective user experience. Given the tight project timeline and business urgency, we prioritized essential features to deliver a flexible, user-centric interface. Now, with the first version live, we are gathering user feedback and behavioral insights to refine the dashboard—making it even more efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Payment Page

The Payment Page is exactly the critical point of this project, where sellers pay to use it for selling their products and making money. This page was set up so customers can pick their digital product, read about it, choose their subscription time, pay through checkout, and get access to the product. The first step in designing this page was creating wireframes.

The special challenge for this page was designing it so sellers could customize it based on their visual identity, but not too much, to keep a consistent design across all pages and show it’s from the Lancy platform. This page is designed as white-label, and sellers can share it with their audience and community. It’s also built to work well in both light and dark themes.

User Dashboard

This part is where customers can access the products and subscriptions they’ve bought. Here, customers can also become sellers and create their own workspaces. This section is designed to make access easier for regular users, letting them download files they’ve purchased or join Telegram channels or Discord servers related to their subscriptions.

Crafting Lancy's Pitch Deck: Research, Strategy, and Design

I conducted in-depth research to understand the product, its dimensions, and the pitch deck’s purpose, defining the company’s core goals and identifying the primary user problems to propose tailored solutions. I extracted and analyzed key data, including TAM, SAM, and SOM, through market research. Additionally, I crafted the content of the pitch deck, ensuring a compelling narrative, and took charge of its overall design to create a visually cohesive and impactful presentation for investors.
