Highlights of the plan:

  • Fintech-Relevant: Rooted in the financial technology landscape, tackling key challenges such as digital security, simplified payments, and personalized banking experiences.
  • Human-Centered: Ensures that all ideas are measured against user needs—trust, usability, and accessibility—while staying aligned with business goals.
  • Organized & Efficient: A concise 3-hour schedule broken down into icebreakers, user research discussions, brainstorming rounds, and structured prioritization.
  • Interactive & Team-Oriented: Builds engagement through collaborative exercises like sketching, dot voting, and group mapping to drive alignment across disciplines.
  • Tangible Outcomes: Delivers a prioritized roadmap of features, workshop documentation, and actionable next steps for the design and product teams.

HI Doaa, great work on planning the session and activities! Workshops often take more time than expected and don’t always follow the plan, so it’s good to keep that in mind. On the first day, after the brainstorming activity, consider adding a dot-voting exercise. This will help narrow down and align on ideas early, preventing the scope from becoming too broad.

Keep up with a great work,

Yuliia
