I'm so fixated both mentally and culturally that the red color is something heavy, it can represent courage or danger 😱 That's why I've always used it sparingly, but you made it the main background for the insurance offering. If I were the user, I'd perceive it almost like taunting, like “hey, you'll get an accident, buy this insurance” and I'd back out. But on second thought, I think it would also affect people differently depending on the culture, maybe provocative yet effective.
