As an avid user of self-help tools, I believe one of the most challenging aspects is how to visualize tests like the “anxiety test” or “stress test” and effectively communicate the results. Typically, these tests rely on lengthy multiple-choice questions, which then assign a grade to categorize the results based on a numerical score.
