I would suggest you add more context and background while submitting so it is easier to provide feedback.

However, as per the screen you have submitted, I think there are some elements you need to consider improving. The first thing is navigation, you should add clear nav bars while designing for websites and avoid using menu icons as much as possible so it is easier for the user to navigate on bigger screens.

Secondly, i think the hero image and the hero texts don't provide much about what the website is. Using an eye-catching image related to the brand is important.

There are other things I could have mentioned, but i don't think that will be credible without any proper context or knowledge about your design process.
