Hoomli: Transforming Property Search with Personalized AI Recommendations
I designed Hoomli, an AI-powered mobile app that transforms the home rental and property search experience. The app’s main goal is to help first-time homebuyers, renters, and property investors find homes that match their lifestyle, budget, and preferences. Traditional property listings can be overwhelming, requiring people to manually filter through thousands of options. With Hoomli, people receive personalized recommendations through an intuitive interface featuring virtual home tours and lifestyle-based filters (proximity to schools, nightlife, and workplaces).
By eliminating the inefficiencies of manual property searches, Hoomli simplifies the process, making it easier for people to explore and connect with suitable properties.

As for the Ai search, it's nice addition but from ui designers perspective to better elevate that particular screen, add icons or interactions that are considered to be related with AI concept . E.g. sparkle icon, or bot or something that will stand out bit more either by color or by copy

Great design! And love the idea. I am just unclear, from the design pictures, how does AI search differ from the standard filters? And how does AI recommends me the property.
Also, I'd love to see how the Profile setup looks for Seller, Buyer, Agency etc...
