Designing the hero section for XSpacy was a smart challenge. As a designer, I had to balance three important things: creativity, the team's technical skills, and production time — all within a small budget.

We had a small team, so every decision had to be smart. We needed to use everyone’s time wisely and keep costs low. My goal was clear: create something that looks strong, keeps creativity alive, and is realistic to build.

I looked at my own skills and time and created a layout that I believed could work. I showed the idea to the team. Some thought it was bold, others were excited by the challenge. Before spending time and money on development, we decided to test the idea with clients using a Figma prototype, showing them how the final version would feel.

We didn’t need to say much — the design spoke for itself. Clients loved the look and got excited. That’s when we knew the brand was showing real value. The decision to move forward was easy.

We chose to build in steps: starting with a simple static version (no heavy effects), and slowly adding animations and interactions, just like we planned.

This whole process proved again that good design is more than just looks. It’s about strategy, testing with real people, technical balance — and most of all, it’s made to deliver results.

Hello Vitor,

Your Hero section design for XSpacy is visually compelling and demonstrates a great balance between creativity, technical constraints, and a clear, strategic design process. It’s great to see how thoughtfully you approached this challenge — involving both the team and the client, and gradually building from a static version to a more interactive experience.

One thing that could further enhance this presentation is providing a clearer understanding of what XSpacy actually does. Without that information, it’s harder to fully appreciate how well the design aligns with the company’s goals or speaks to its audience.

That said, the design work itself is confident and well thought-out — and your process shows strong UX maturity. Looking forward to seeing more of your work!
