While taking the Workshop Facilitation course on Uxcel, I explored key techniques for planning, running, and extracting value from workshops. Interestingly, I had already applied many of these methods during a workshop I facilitated at ITI.

The goal of that session was to collaborate with the team to gather insights and shape a user-centered solution — which later became this UX case study:

Handmade E-commerce Website

Going through the course helped me reflect on that experience, validate my approach, and discover new facilitation techniques I’m excited to apply in future sessions.
