Great job! This design is very minimalistic and straight-forward, making it very clear to the user what steps to take and it is not distracting from the main point of conversion. I think it is a very good design.

If I were to recommend one thing, that would be a real-time validation with requirements for the password. Most platforms during implementation must include a set of rules that need to be fulfilled in creating the password - 1 capital letter, lowercase, special character, etc. Adding some sort of hint here for the user, or what's more, a checkbox-style validation that shows which requirements are fulfilled by the user as they are typing in the password, would take the project to a next level.

Other than that, amazing job!

Love that cute illustration! Adds a lot of personality to the page. And the form itself is straightforward and well-organized, with clear labeling and a smart inclusion of social sign-in options. However, there are some areas that need attention:

1. The placeholders currently just repeat the labels (like "Your first name" under "First name") which is redundant. These could instead offer helpful examples or formatting hints.
2. The password field needs to show requirements upfront and real-time validation would really help users create valid passwords on their first try.
3. We also need to see crucial interaction states like inline validation feedback, error messages for invalid inputs, and success states.
4. There's no indication of what happens next after you click Sign Up. Is there an OTP verification step? If so, consider adding that screen to your submission since that's also part of the sign up process.
5. And don't forget a success message to confirm everything worked!
