Paris Shopping Companion is luxury shopping service that offers a personalized Parisian experience, guided by Sylvie, a seasoned expert in high-end fashion.

Customers can book 4- or 8-hour excursions to explore top boutiques, hidden gems, and even luxury second-hand shops, with VIP treatment and tailored recommendations. The design decision focuses on personalization, exclusivity, and convenience, catering to busy shoppers who seek a seamless, intimate shopping adventure.

The goal is to create a VIP experience, build trust, and make fashion exploration stress-free with a friendly local expert.

The landing page offers two versions of languange to support localization, available in French and English version.

Based on the client's overview, we decided to give some concepts of value that we need to deliver to user who visiting this landing page, resembles in the landing page design :

Personalization

By offering personalized consultations and curated itineraries, the experience is entirely bespoke. Clients can request specific brands, explore niche boutiques, or discover hidden Parisian gems based on their fashion interests. This personal touch ensures that the experience feels exclusive, making every shopping journey distinct and memorable, appealing to high-end shoppers who value individuality and customized service.

Exclusivity

VIP access to top boutiques and connections to luxury retailers highlight the service's exclusive nature. Avoiding queues and getting privileged treatment creates a premium experience that elevates the client’s shopping adventure beyond the ordinary. The design reinforces the allure of high fashion, offering a unique insider’s perspective to enhance the overall shopping satisfaction.

Convenience

One of the primary design considerations is ease and convenience. The service removes common obstacles like navigating unfamiliar streets or dealing with language barriers, allowing clients to focus entirely on the joy of shopping. For time-pressed clients, efficient itineraries optimize the shopping experience, ensuring that they can have a stress-free, enriching shopping journey.

Trust and Approachability

Sylvie’s expertise in both luxury shopping and the financial world lends credibility, while her approachable persona makes clients feel at ease. Potential clients are likely to feel more comfortable knowing that Sylvie is not just a professional guide, but someone who is passionate about fashion and genuinely invested in helping them have the best experience possible.

Additional Elements

The service further emphasizes exclusivity by limiting appointments and maintaining a high entry point (€5,000 budget). This creates a sense of scarcity and luxury, attracting clients who are serious about investing in a premium experience.

Hello Teddy. It's great to see your newest project in Fashion domain.

What I love from your showcase:

  • The branding is well applied throughout the page via fonts, colors and symmetric layout
  • The hero message is clearly stated at the first fold
  • The preview image for the showcase is clean and has well layout

The top suggestions that I would like contribute to make your project even better:

  • There's lack of the most important element - the CTA. Whether a "Book now" or "Make a schedule" button, I think we should think of a way to show how users could take the action if they are already convinced by the service
  • Use progress tracker or tab menu for easy navigating through the long landing page and better prediction.
  • To intensify the sense of luxury, there should be a limit in numbers of body font used. At the moment, there's a quite lot of font weight, decoration, colored,... used in the body texts.
  • A little too much text. I understand the explanation and story telling make the site more informative, however, people are usually not so interested in reading text blocks. I wonder if we could use more big images, icons, more true-to-life photographs,.. and reduce the amount of text to make the page more visual appealing.

Hello Nguyen, thank you for the insightful and completed review -- the intended CTA is located on top (with the lengthworthy text written From luxury to hidden gems, we’ll take you on a shopping adventure in Paris -- sounds overwhelming though but that's the from the requirement i get) but this is the flaw though as doesn't seem engaging on first glance, thank you for noticing that!
