Thank you for sharing this- it's an interesting window into the life of someone using banking applications! I enjoyed the introductory context and information provided about the persona.
I'm not sure if it's something you can pull from your user data, but having more info about your persona's financial background (employment, savings goals, income) might go a long way in understanding their banking needs.
As far as presentation feedback- I would suggest posting the empathy map to this platform, as initially I was unsure if you had completed it, but upon entering your Canva presentation saw all the good work you did!
Overall great work- its very good that you conducted research in this project as Empathy Maps speak the loudest when backed up by data!
