I chose to make an empathy map for the Revolut app, which is a fintech app that offers mobile-focused accounts for spending, saving and holding money in multiple currencies. I used real user reviews, both negative and positive to form my empathy map.

Well done on using real user reviews for your Empathy Map Ava! I wish there was more on your thought process when conducting research and a bit more detail on each of the quadrants. Overall, I think that both Pains and Gains give a good direction on where Revolut could improve so good work on that.
