I like how you guided us step by step through your work. Well done. A few minor things caught my eye: for example, to foster more empathy from the team toward the persona and thus achieve better results, the persona's image should be more realistic and not taken randomly from stock images.

The visual design is off to a great start but needs some polishing. The microcopy needs improvement, elements lack consistency, and overall, more clarity and spacing are needed. It's a great upgrade from what the app looked like before, but for the final touch, it needs more refinement.
