Design Workshop Facilitation

I noticed this project is a little older so I hope this review does not come too late.

You have laid out your workshop agenda very well and I feel it gives potential stakeholders the right idea about what to expect.

Since you provided the Figma file, I left comments for you there. However, for the benefit of other students, I will add some general feedback here:

• Although the content itself is great, keep in mind the time stakeholders have to read it. Where possible, try to keep it short and simple - usually 1 sentence will do.
• Always have the "problem to solve" to refer to, as this will help the prioritization efforts and keep stakeholders on track.
• If listing attendees be specific. Is it the entire sales / design / marketing/ etc team? If not, list out the attendees as expected. It will also help determine any redundancies.
• Are the tools being provided or are attendees expected to bring them?
• Ensure that you will have enough time for all of your activities. Speaking from experience, a workshop like this would be very hard to do in the time allotted.
• This is just my personal preference - keep icebreakers activity secret to get more fun out of participants! :)
