During the content audit for Travelot.pk, I started by conducting a content inventory, listing all pages and assets. This helped in mapping out the current content structure. I evaluated the content based on relevance to the language clarity, readability, relevance, findability, brand voice, and topicality.

I performed the content audit for several reasons including:

  1. To keep content with new information and trends
  2. To evaluate content according to user needs and trends
  3. To rewrite product content for better results
  4. To remove redundant or outdated information

I also reviewed user engagement metrics and identified areas where the tone of voice could be more consistent. One significant finding was the need to update outdated content and enhance certain areas of content optimization. Additionally, some CTAs were underperforming, presenting an opportunity to improve conversion rates.
