  • Transparent Pricing: Users are concerned about hidden fees and unfavorable exchange rates. FlyCash should emphasize transparent pricing and offer competitive rates to attract users.
  • Ease of Use: Users want a simple and easy-to-understand process. FlyCash should focus on providing a user-friendly interface and clear instructions to minimize confusion and frustration.
  • Security Measures: Users worry about the security of their personal and financial information. FlyCash should prioritize implementing robust security measures such as two-factor authentication, encryption, and fraud detection systems.
  • Reputation and Trust: Users seek reliability and trustworthiness in money transfer services. FlyCash should establish a strong reputation by showcasing positive reviews and testimonials from satisfied customers.
  • Speed and Reliability: Users value quick and reliable money transfers. FlyCash should ensure fast transaction processing and communicate transparently about estimated transfer times.

  • Good job! It clearly focuses on the user's experience, addressing what the user says, does, thinks, and feels, using industry standard approach. the insights are balanced, although there are some small tips, I'd suggest, usually empathy maps are done when we need to focus on to solve some specific problems, e.g. iOS related issues, glitching apps and etc. While the map captures basic emotions and thoughts, it could delve deeper into the emotional journey of the user for more nuanced insights. Some statements are quite broad, such as “I want a money transfer service that is reliable and trustworthy.” More specific quotes could provide clearer direction for UX solutions. Other than that, great job!

It's impressive how you've connected the says, does, thinks, and feels sections to come up with actionable insights. These recommendations are specific and practical, which is super helpful. It shows you've put in a lot of effort to understand the user from various angles, and it paid off. Great work!

Great job on the empathy map! You’ve really nailed capturing what users are thinking, feeling, saying, and doing, all from their perspective. But there’s a bit of room for improvement:

  • For the gains and pains sections, try to zoom in more on what the users are actually experiencing, instead of jumping to conclusions about what the app needs to do. It’s about users' journey, not our solutions.
  • Find a special spot for your own insights and what you plan to do next. This way, it’s easier to distinguish between what you’ve observed and the actions you’re considering.
  • Also, think about digging into more specific problems rather than giving a broad overview of the app experience. Focusing on narrower issues could really open up new insights and make each section richer.

Keep up the great work! With a few tweaks, your empathy map could be even more insightful and valuable.

very good

Fantastic work on the empathy map! You’ve done an excellent job capturing the users’ thoughts, feelings, words, and actions from their perspective. I see a great foundation here!
