Celatone

Celatone was a transformative project aimed at simplifying smart contract workflows for CosmWasm networks. As the lead designer, I focused on addressing usability challenges like fragmented workflows, discoverability issues, and poor validation feedback. Key achievements included a 94% task completion rate, seamless navigation, and JSON schema integration. The tool grew to support 15 networks and was eventually acquired by Initia Labs.

Areas for Improvement:

• Guidance for New Users: Better onboarding and contextual tips for first-time developers.
• Error Feedback: More specific error messages and clearer validation notices.
• Advanced Customization: Enhanced flexibility for experienced users to tailor workflows.
• Performance Optimization: Faster response times during high-traffic interactions.

Despite its success, refining these areas could further elevate Celatone’s impact.
