Alles Labs has been acquired by Initia Labs, with all team members joining the new company and working on a block explorer and developer tools for the ecosystem.
Develop a comprehensive course designed to enhance usability-related skills for UX/UI designers. This course covers key design disciplines including an introduction to usability, usability heuristics, best practices for UI patterns, psychology in design, and human-computer interaction.
- Working on creating user flows, interaction design, and hi-fi mockups for various DeFi Products
- Working closely with a cross-functional team from Product Managers, Full-stack developers, and smart contract engineers.
- Promoting UX Maturity within the company through knowledge sharing and process revamp
- Manage and build the design team and guide the designers to fulfill their personal career goal and company goal
- Working on a digital product that simplifies the rental process, mainly on rent payment.
- Reviewing designs from other designers to evaluate usability and interaction design issues.
- Encourage and initiate the heuristic evaluation process guideline to assure company-wide design quality.
- Guide the team to understand more about usability theories and promote UX maturity in the company.
- Conduct user research to gain insight for empathy design
- Create user journeys, storyboard, and scenario design
- Design user experience, user interface, and information visualization based on functionality, usability, and aesthetic touch for the big data analytics tool
- Design user experience and user interface a mobile application for the hospital and healthcare industry
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD and Sketch
- Create dynamic visualization through Power BI and Tableau for visualizing global trade data analytics.
- Work with the software development team through agile methodologies (SCRUM and kanban)
I graduated from Computer Engineering but was not seeing myself being an engineer or software developer. Keen on psychology and design, I ended up pursuing User Experience and User Interface design career.
